"The Professor's Game" is a thriller short film that explores the relationship between an actors' psychology and their art. An approach to cinema as a psychological experiment with an acting duel between the leading characters. "The Professor's Game" is a thriller that tells the story of 4 drama students who are about to fail their course. Their professor summons them for a dinner party, where they will compete in a role-playing game to win their only chance to pass the course. The film will serve as an exploration of how method acting influences the blurring of the borders between reality and performance. Drawing insights from psychology, theatre studies and film studies, this project aims to understand and find the balance between emotions, acting techniques and human psychology.
