"Beyond the Summit" is a short documentary that explores the thrill, adrenaline and risks of a downhill run in the sport of professional mountain biking. The film will follow a team of mountain bikers across the opening weekend of the Mountain Bike World Series in Fort William, Scotland. The film explores the challenges of being the underdogs, the preparation leading up to the downhill runs and the emotions a rider goes through during the run itself.
